Before: "Alexa, play [songs by the Beatles] OR [playlist "Party"]" - Alexa responds with confirmation and songs get played
Now: "Alexa, play [songs by the Beatles] OR [playlist "Party"]" - Alexa responds with confirmation and nothing happens
I believe this issue started to be apparent after the last Sonos app update.
I have tried to dis/enable Sonos skill in Alexa and deleted/enabled my Sonos One as a device. The issue is still there.
Please help.

In another thread, you sent me the exact same response. It's not super user friendly to have to follow those extensive steps every few days whenever there is a new problem... It seems most of those problems are related to Sonos-Amazon-Spotify connectivity issues or updates. Can you please let me know which one of it is causing the problem in this case?

Sorry, if I've already sent these instructions before but they are the correct actions to resolve most problems with the Alexa integration with Sonos. I'm just another customer of Sonos that was involved in the early beta testing and I'm using the forum to pass my experiences on to others. My system with Spotify has been stable for 3-4 months but these steps can help if the set-up initially encountered issues.
If you are experiencing regular problems, than I suggest you submit a Diagnostic and post the number in this thread for Sonos staff to look at.
