I often ask Alexa to play a genre of music to my grouped Play 5 and two Play 1s and whilst it initiates playing an Amazon station, i often find that it will get the end of a song (or having played several songs) and then the music just stops.



I'm fairly sure this only started happening since version 8 and also i think it's only happened via a voice command start.



I recently bought a bridge so that my speaker furthest from the router is more stable via Sonosnet although the issue was happening before that.

Any thoughts anyone?
I'm having the exact same problem. I ask Alexa to play music on my sound bar, it'll get through two songs and then stop playing.

I have the same problem. Pandora is stopping after just a few minutes. I submitted diagnostic 8195918.

Same thing happening to me. Music just stops after a few songs. Has happened with my music library, Amazon and Pandora. I have a Play 5, Play 1 and a Connect Amp. I submitted diagnostic #8229939
