Has anyone had any luck with this? Everything works as it should except the alexa functionality.

Regardless of what anyone else has experienced, this will be largely down to the exact configuration of the network in question, but it’s also possible it’s unrelated.
I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - they should be able to give you a definitive answer once they know a bit more.
