Hello, I have a Sonos Beam connected to my TV and a couple of Sonos Play One.

 

The speakers are working and I can listen to my TV or music in any of them, but I can solve the Alex issue: The Sonos Beam appears to be OFFLINE on the Alexa app.

 

I tried rebooting, disconnecting and reconnecting the router (wired to the Beam), rebooting the iPhone and the Sonos & Alex apps, etc. Still not working, any ideas?

In the Sonos app, go to Settings > Services > Amazon Alexa and make sure the Beam is listed.  If not, use Add to Another Product to add.
