Is anyone experiencing their Sonos being unable to skip songs by voice request when Spotify is playing?

    Yes, same problem. I get News if I ask Skip and 'I can only do that when music is playing' when I ask 'Alexa, Play next track on {Room Name}'

    EDIT:

    I've Disabled and Enabled the Sonos skill and I can now start music but can't stop.

    Update: I rebooted the Connect (Wired to enable a Boost Set-up) and that has fixed the issue, all working great now. 🙂

    I've had this in the past and a network re-boot sorted it too.

    Update: I rebooted the Connect (Wired to enable a Boost Set-up) and that has fixed the issue, all working great now. :) So, to confirm, you just rebooted the Boost?

    I don't have a Boost but if that's your Wired Sonos device then Yes, try that.
