SiriusXM Sorry something went wrong

I have a Sonos One when I ask Alexa to play SiriusXM it says Sorry something went wrong. If I play it using the Sonos app it works fine.

Using the Sonos controller and using Alexa are two completely different ways to play music. To play through Alexa, you need to enable the SiriusXM skill in the Alexa app and link your Amazon and SiriusXM accounts together. Adding a music service to the Sonos controller doesn't automatically make that service available through Alexa.

Please select Alexa App>Skills>Your Skills>Sonos and then 'Disable' followed by 'Enable'.
