Radio.com & Sonos One

I can play radio.com station 670 the score on my Echo Dot. I can stream it from the Sonos app to any of my Sonos speakers. When I ask Alexa on Sonos One to play "670 the score" it replies "playing 670 the score on Radio.com". Nothing happens. No sound plays. This is utterly baffling to me and I'm to the point where I have to sit at my desk and listen to my favorite station on my computer or through my phone. First world problems indeed, but an annoying problem none the less. Can anyone relate? Suggestions? It clearly has the skill turned on in Alexa, but it won't produce sound.

Try this. Say: "Alexa, open Radio.com"

She should then prompt you for the station. Let us know how that works out for you.

I can confirm ajos23’s issue. Since Tunein stations became Radi.com this issue has been a problem. Everytime I have requested a solution or an explanation. My 1sr post https://en.community.sonos.com/music-services-and-sources-228994/another-radio-com-not-working-thread-6811841/index1.html#post16262430 resulted in no answer as well as my last inquiry https://en.community.sonos.com/amazon-alexa-and-sonos-229102/alexa-command-does-not-start-radio-com-stations-6813258. I would just like to know if anyone is working on a Alexa remedy for this or if it is supported please let me know.
