Hi,
I have had a few problems with Alexa since buying a couple of Sonos Ones. The first is when I tell Alexa to play a song and she confirms she will play it then nothing happens. Recently a new problem has occurred when telling Alexa to stop playing music, the music continued playing. This was happening on both my Sonos Ones. I have disabled and enabled skill but this only sorts the problem some of the time. Any advice on how to solve these issues permanently? Thanks.
