On Spotify I understand, you can make a radio station based on an artist, genre or song. Can use a voice command with Alexa on Sonos One to ask it to play a Radio station based on an artist, genre or song? I don’t own a Sonos One yet so can’t try this.

At this time there is no Alexa command to play Spotify Radio stations. You can play playlists, but not Spotify Radio. This is not a Sonos thing, it is an Amazon/Alexa thing, because it doesn't work on Echos either.
You can do that using another skill that plays your Spotify music. Try saying: Alexa open song mate
Spotify doesn't offer Alexa support for Radio yet. Please VOTE for the idea:
