playing partial songs then skipping to the next when I have started music via Alexa voice command which streams Amazon.
I saw an old thread and rebooted the router but it is still doing this which is irritating.

To add to this - it doesnt happen when i start music verbally through Alexa on my Sonos Roam, only seems to happen on my Sonos One
can anyone help please it is driving me nuts
Try moving Sonos one nearer/further from router...
