Play radio stations with non-English names

Is there a good way to tell it to play a radio station with a non-english name? I want to keep the devices language to English. With google, I could at least spell it letter by letter, which it doesn't seem to support here. Is there a way of giving a radio station a nickname? Is there a way of making a list of presets? Any other ideas?

I really would have preferred using Sonos voice, but it's even worse in this context. Google, doesn't have Audacy.

I guess no one is looking at this forum. I was able to make routines, where the key phrase was English and then I was able to put the TuneIn radio station with the foreign, transliterated title. That worked.
