New to Sonos

So I just bought a play bar yesterday and have ordered the Sonos one back speakers.

 

my question is I already have quite a few Alexa echo devices throughout my house.

 

when I receive my new speakers will I be able to play them with my other Alexa devices?

 

so can I play the same music at the same time?

    It's not possible to group Sonos and non Sonos devices togethe.
