Music services won't play on Sonos One via Alexa

On either of my Sonos One devices, I wake up Alexa, ask her to play a song. She responds saying she will now play that song on Amazon Music, but the song never plays after that. This is not happening on my Echo Dot devices on the same network/account.

I have had that happen before to me.

Disabling and re-enabling the Alexa skill in Sonos app has fixed for me. Reboot of the Sonos One and router may help otherwise.

Thanks. Tried this with support on the phone but didn't resolve. After an hour of unsuccessful troubleshooting, they escalated and will be following up via email.
