When I ask Alexa to play music on Move, it plays it on another Sonos device in another room instead.  Any ideas why?

Probably you placed the Move in an Alexa group and set the preferred speaker (at the bottom of the group) to the other speaker.


I figured that might be the case, I even reset the Move and started afresh.  I disabled and restarted Alexa and got everything running again, tried playing music on the Move and same issue.  I can play music using the app but not with Alexa, so I need to fix he Alexa aspect for sure.    Other than what I tried above, should I do any other steps?


Hmm I have no better idea. Just that resetting the move wont remove it from any alexa group it might be in. Maybe check if it accidently was placed in a group where you dont expect it.
