I've just got 2 Sonos one players and configured Alexa, works about 75% of the time and I think it's because both are responding when I say Alexa. Is there any way to make only 1 of the Sonos One players respond when you say Alexa?
Hi Simon, only the one that hears you best should respond. They use an arbitration to figure out which is being talked to. If you look at one versus the other do you get better results?



If you constantly have trouble, you could turn off the microphone on one of the sides, but this shouldn't be needed. It might be better off to give us a call on our support line and have a technician take a look with you first before you make that step.
