Noticing that an Echo device was unable to play a station on Sonos Play:1 Ive found multiple issues -

The Android Sonos app isnt showing favourites (tried usual remedies like clearing app data) - but the Windows Sonos app still shows them OK

Tried unlinking the Alexa Sonos skill but I cant now reconnect the skill - at first the linking page gave a message about needing to register the Sonos to an account (which it already was) and now just says it can’t connect to Sonos

Absolute Radio stations aren’t playing - tried adding the Rayo service instead on mobile but wouldn’t link - although could link using the Windows Sonos app - but actual stations still wont play

I’ve already wasted over an hour trying to resolve all this - as with any time there are problems there are no useful diagnostics or announcements.

App still showing no favourites or sometimes saying “unable to load content” 

Still wont link Alexa skill - the Sonos landing page says “You need to link speakers to your auth Sonos account ….” and some nonsense about More - > Settings - > Account Settings 

Nothing on the Sonos Status page
