I had to reset my system and now the mic button isn’t working. I have tried to add Alexa voice function as I read that this could be a fix but it says that it needs to verify my country first and need to add a country to my profile. I’ve done this and it makes no difference.

 

Any ideas for what I can try next?

After updating your profile at the Sonos website, go into your Sonos app and check for updates.  This will force a refresh of the account data.
