Any time I ask Alexa to do something, I,e, ‘Alexa, play radio’, she responds with ‘i am not not sure what went wrong’.
I have restarted, even factory reset my device. I have deregistered all devices on my Amazon Alexa app, uninstalled all Sonos apps and Alexa apps.
I have tried resetting everything I can, and set the device up as a new device. But I am getting no where.
Please help!
