I changed my email on the account. I no longer use the old email. Now the speakers will not work with Alexa. Can someone please let me know what I need to do to resolve this?

You don’t say if this is the email associated with your Sonos or Alexa account but let’s assume the Alexa account. Can you start by Disabling the Sonos Skill within the Alexa App and then Enabling it with your new Email address.
