Have they fixed the having to turn HD on and off with the Alexa skill now? As I know before there was an issue which rectified itself by turning HD off now it says it is playing in HD but the audio doesn’t seem like this is the case.. does anyone have an idea on this as I know the Sonos app version doesn’t need an account so they don’t offer the HD as far as I am aware. Or is the only way to achieve HD is to airplay the station to the Sonos itself?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Honestly, I am not sure. I think you’d be best served to get in touch with GlobalPlayer directly - I don’t see either us at Sonos support nor those at Alexa support really knowing the answer to this one.

I hope this helps.
