Do you mean that you disabled the Global player skill on Alexa or have you removed the service from your Sonos app?
Be sure that the Global music service is added to Sonos and that the skill is enabled on Alexa but if there are specific “station skills” that they are disabled within Alexa. If Radio 1, for example has a its own skill it should be removed from Alexa.
Please submit a diagnostic report from your Sonos app if you are still having difficulty playing back through Alexa and be sure to include the confirmation number in your response.
