Can you perhaps explain the devices you’re using and what the steps are that you are taking before you see the error message - or maybe make a recording and link it to your post, whichever is perhaps the easiest for you.

Sorry, maybe I'm not explaining myself correctly. I know there are different assistants. The Sonos app when it tells you to add a voice assistant, before giving you the option to choose the voice assistant, it indicates that message. The devices I'm using are exactly the same as Cunado that worked in the system, which by the way was Amazon who gave me a solution the first time I set it up and not Sonos. I just spoke to Sonos again and they don't know how to give me a solution, they just say to change the phone. I have been completely disappointed with the level of technical support. It is not at the level of the quality of the system, much less the price. I think I'm going to proceed to file a complaint with the consumer to return the equipment and let Sonos do what it wants with it. It's a shame but it's been weeks without being able to configure something that already worked before. It's a disappointment that the technical support not only doesn't give a solution, but they don't study it afterwards. They only blame you for the poor quality of your devices. Not their own.
Obviously this is a Sonos user community and I’m just a user, like yourself, but I have no idea what Cunado is or what you’re talking about. If you are looking for help here, you need to provide more detail before I, or others, can begin to perhaps try to assist you.
