era100 wont play bbc sounds usiing alexa. It was working ok until a couple of days ago, but then stopped.

I have unlinked BBC sounds, removed bbc sounds app, switched the sonos off for a few minutes, then  re-linked the app. When i asked it to play BBC radio 2, it worked the first time, then stopped after a minute or so. subsequent attempts to play radio 2 result in the sonos saying its playing bbc 2 but then goes silent. 

Can you please give me a fix for this, without this facility, the sonos will be going back prontro.

Can you disable and then re-enable the Sonos skill within the Alexa App and retest.

Ive also checked that the wifi is OK and internet connection is good.

I have now also disabled and re enabled the alex skill within alexa app. Result is that it is now playing  radio 2 as asked, but now i cannot do anything via alexa- no control of volume or on/off. When i ask it to stop playing radio 2, it says goodbye, and then continues playing. the only way to stop it is to switch it off. 

I can control volume and stop via the app, but this is no good for me
