Controlling Sonos groups with Echo Dot
I've just set up echo to discover my Sonos speakers in "living room" and "office". I'm able to tell Alexa to play music in either he living room or the office. I have not figured out how to have Alexa play on both speakers simultaneously.

Grouping is not supported via Alexa at this time. However, if you group using the Sonos app and tell her to play to any one of the grouped rooms, the entire group will play.
