I have an ERA 300. I had configured Alexa without any problems. Then one day by chance I did a factory reset on the ERA300 and had to reconfigure the device. Since then I have not been able to configure Alexa. I proceed with the configuration but the procedure blocks me when it goes to match the amazon account. I tried with other smartphones and nothing I can't even get to the configuration.
Can you help me?? thanks

Please follow these steps:
- Disable the Sonos skill within the Alexa App, if Enabled
- Uninstall the Amazon Shopping App
- Enable the Sonos skill in the Alexa App and link your accounts
- Reinstall the Amazon Shopping App
