Hi. I can’t get Alexa to work on my Sonos One speakers because I can’t enable the microphone. I have added the skill in the Alexa app but in the same app it says that the speakers are offline. I can’t toggle on and off the microphone on the speakers either.
When I first got them, it all set up fine but I stupidly moved one over Christmas to use at friend’s house. Big mistake. I’ve tried resetting completely but no luck.
Can anyone help?

Do you see all your Sonos speakers in the Sonos app?
In the Sonos app for iOS/Android got to Settings > Services > Amazon Alexa > and make sure the Sonos devices are listed. If not, choose to add them.
Also, it is never necessary to reset a Sonos device unless instructed by a Sonos rep. It never helps, and it deletes important diagnostic data that can be used by Sonos support.
Do you see all your Sonos speakers in the Sonos app?
Yes I can see them in the Sonos app.
