Can't play Sonos using Alexa

I enabled Alexa skill, found my sonos device, Amazon is appearing in settings on Alexa. When I command her to play something she starts and then tells me it's offline. How do I fix this?

Have you tried disabling and re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app? We have had reports of customers with similar problems say they were able to get it working following those steps. If you have done that and the issues persist, please feel free to submit a diagnostic report and we will be happy to dig in deeper and see what is happening.
