Hi.
Just got an Era 300. Sounds great. Enabled Sonos Voice and Alexa from the iOS app.
Have enabled Apple Music as I have a subscription.
Alexa confirms it is linked to my Amazon account. There’s only 1 in this household.
It respons with correct info re time, date etc.
However, I can’t play anything on the Era 300 with Alexa.
It gives a message asking me to enable the Sonos skill in the Alexa app and then run device discovery.
Have tried both. Including disabling then renabling.
I have a Sonos Roam and this works fine on there. Including playing from other sources, Global Player, BBC etc.
Anything else I can try? Did search forums but not seen a clear resolution.
