I'm trying to set up my roam 2, the Sonos voice assistant downloaded fine but I'm unable to add Alexa (works fine on all my other speakers). It says signing into account and then I get a loading when indefinitely. I've signed in and out of the Alexa app, and removed and re-addesd the Sonos skill, but still when I go back to the Sonos app to add Alexa is just says signing in to Alexa indefinitely.
Tried from different devices running the sonos app (android phone and tablet) and it just “signing in to Amazon” indefinitely on both.
It was some kind of authentication/cache issue. If you also have the Amazon store front app on your phone, delete that, redownload it and sign in to it then try to add the voice assistant through the Sonos app again and it should work.
