I’m trying to add Alexa as a voice assistant to my ERA 100 but when it tries to sign me into Amazon it just buffers.  I’ve tried various suggestions like disabling the SONOs skill in the Alexa app, uninstalling the Amazon shopping app but nothing is working.

Please temporarily uninstall the Amazon shopping App and retry.  Once your Sonos and Amazon accounts are linked, you can reinstall the Amazon shopping App

Okay thanks for confirming, that fixes most occurrences of this issue and sorry for missing that you said that you had already tried that. 🤦‍♂️ .  Can you check your location is correct within your profile on www.sonos.com

Can you confirm which country you are located in?  Do you have any other Sonos devices working with Alexa?
