Amazon Music in Canada and playlists

Amazon Music in Canada has to be directed to Sonos through an Alexa device because the music service hasn't yet been added to Sonos.

It's been working fine after a problem last week but now Sonos will play one song and stop. If I skip to next it's not a song in the same sequence as the Amazon playlist; it may not even be a song from that playlist but from somewhere in my library. I tried it on my Echo and the playlists play normally and move through the songs sequentially. before I contact support I wondered if anyone else was having this problem?
