Beam was working fine with Alexa. About a couple of months ago Alexa volume decreased to 25% of the regular TV volume. The only way to hear Alexa’s replies is to manually increase the TV volume. This seems to be a ongoing issue. Is there a solution to this problem on the horizon?

Hi @Markac, Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about this issue on your Alexa to your Sonos system. We have an issue with the Alexa always responds with the device is at volume 1. but in your case, it is 25% low volume and not totally volume 1. So that we can check the status of your Sonos system, I’ll ask you to submit a diagnostic report to investigate further what could be causing this issue. You may reply to the thread with the confirmation number to assist you with this issue.
