I have. 5 Sonos One devices around the house. They suddenly all showed offline. After trying a number of things, I ended up completely eliminating all devices from Alexa, disabled the Sonos skill, hard reset every Sonos. I confirmed that there were not Sonos devices or groups set up in Alexa.
All of my Sonos devices are back online. I have linked music services and they all operate. Or rectory through the Sonos app. HOWEVER, Alexa Voice will not activate on any of the devices. When I choose the device, then log in to Amazon, it attempts to load voice on the device. This is where it stops. I get an error that says “! There was a Problem”.
