hi, i’ve recently bought an echo dot and am only just now starting to use alexa.
i’ve got a group in my living room containing of 2 sonos 100, a sonos arc and a sub 3. for some reason, when telling alexa to lower the volume, she only reacts by lowering the volume on one of the speakers. even if i tell her to lower volume in the living room.
i believe she might only be lowering the sound of the one she recognizes my voice on. so maybe she hasn’t really registered the living room speakers as a group even though it is a group in sonos app.
