is there anyway i can turn alexa up it is so quiet i really cant hear it , im on the latest update for the software but cant find no volume to to turn it up on my phone , the arc is connected to the tv HDMI in ARC 4 and i have a samsung tv

The Alexa Volume is linked to the volume of the Sonos device, there currently is no separate volume control.
