Alexa stopped working on Sonos One

I got my Sonos One about 2 weeks ago and everything worked fine for a few days then all of a sudden silence. Alexa no longer works on the speaker. Disabled it then reenabled it to no avail...HELP!!

Can you check that you haven't accidentally turned the mic off on the Sonos One. You should see a white rectangle status light (Unless you've turned this off under settings within the Sonos App) and a small round white light under the mic. If the round light is not on, just touch the mic symbol and the mic will be switched back on.
