Alexa seems to play attack but no sound

Hi all,
Got the new Sonos 1 with Alexa yesterday and experiencing some annoying issues. I must state that i have had it working and playing sounds. But now i say "Alexa play...." and she says she is playing it but no sound. On my Alexa app it has the device name of Sonos 1 and the 'Family Room' name. Sonos 1 says online but Alexa says she is playing in the 'Family Room'. Its like there are 2 devices and she plays to the wrong one. I should state that askkng her a question gets an audible answer.

Oncw i have it working, if i unplug ita back to not working again... At the moment i am somewhat disappointed with the product as i expected more.

Any help much appreciated.
