Has any one come across an issue with their Sonos one where Alexa on Sonos one take about 5-10 seconds before acknowledging the command and then returning the response. A simple command of whats the time take about 10-15 sec to return the answer. The Google Home mini as a comparison responds instantly.
I hope I don't have a dodgy speaker, any help would be appreciated.

First off, I would power down the Sonos One for 5 secs and then power back on. Then Disable the Sonos skill within the Alexa App>Skills>Your Skills and retest.
