Anyone know the fix for Alexa not responding at all? I have two at home, the other unit is the same (Sonos One) and it's working fine.

Is the mic on? There is an LED light right under the microphone icon on top of the unit. If it's off, then Alexa isn't listening. Tap the icon to turn it back on.

Np. It seems like a real no brainer thing to check, but since it's turned on by default, and people are used to seeing lights on devices without having to really know what they mean...it happens a lot.
Maybe it would be better if future Sonos devices had the option of displaying a red light when the mic is off.
