I have two Sonos Connect units. One is working dine with my Alexa echo dots. The other one Alexa always says is offline. I've tried restarting it and selecting discover devices in Alexa but no change. I know the Sonos Connect has to be online because I can control it with the iPhone app and it works fine. What else can I do?

Hi ae6dx
Can you check in the Alexa App>Smart Home>Devices and make sure that the off-line connect has a unique name? Then the problem persists, if you select Alexa App>Settings>Devices>{Your Off-Line Connect} do you see any option to turn 'On-Line'?
If the problem still persists, please power down you off-line Connect for 10 secs before powering back on. Once it has booted, can you please use the PC app (https://alexa.amazon.co.uk or https://alexa.amazon.com) and select Smart Home>Devices>Forget All followed by Discover. WARNING: If you have set-up any Alexa Routines, then this will delete ALL actions from ALL Routines!

It has a unique name. No turn online option. Only the echo dots seem to have that option.
