Alexa keeps turning on the TV (through Beam)
I ask Alexa to turn off the TV; she does and say “okay” but then ~20 seconds later it turns back on. Even if I turn off the tv using the tv remote or with a long push on the power button (on the tv)

It might have been the Roku acting out. I unplugged it and let it rest a little before plugging it back in. Seems to be okay now
