I have jumped through all the steps and cant get Alexa app on Sonos Move to simply play music. It tells me I need to enable that skill on my device in the Alexa app which i have already done 10 times……..please help before I Launch my speaker out the window

When you say that you have enabled the Sonos skill 10 times, does that mean that you have also removed and readded the skill?
If yes, please follow the steps below:
- Disable the Sonos skill in the Alexa App
- Uninstall the Amazon Shopping app
- Add Amazon Alexa to Sonos
- Reinstall Amazon Shopping app
Please retest.

Thanks, worked for me. I replaced my Playbar with an Arc, was having issues getting Alexa to link up.
