Hi, I had the similar problem. I setup Sonos one with Alexa and it was working well. Yesterday I changed my wi-fi password. I managed to reconnect Sonos one with wi-fi. Now I can use Alexa app to play music on Sonos one, but the Alexa doesn't take my voice order. It kept saying "I have trouble to understand you please try later". I checked the history Alexa didn't hear my voice but recorded some background sound. Can you help me to solve the problem?
Can you first try removing then adding the Sonos skill and retest.
