While watching TV our Alexa enabled Sonos sound bar periodically responds to tv dialogue interfering with and muting the program. How can I stop this from occurring

It sounds like the TV is within the hearing distance of your voice-enabled product.

While we don’t have control over the voice engines of our partners, you can try to move/relocate the Sonos product and see if the issue will still occur in an alternate location.
