Really disappointed that Sonos voice assistant isn’t available in Hong Kong yet in your stores in HK you readily market it that you have voice assistant but you don’t….this is false advertising…
What I want to know is

  1. Why isn’t it available outside of the countries listed here?
  2. When is it going to be rolled out?

In my own personal experience, Sonos rarely mention their development roadmap in these areas, particularly as it needs companies like Amazon/Google to approve/agree these things and for all to have the infrastructure/software in place.

So I would perhaps also canvass Amazon and/or Google to also get your request to those companies aswell.

I don’t believe there is any false advertising involved here, as it clearly mentions this information on the main Sonos website:
