I'm assuming you're in the UK, and likely ordered a Sonos One and received it early? If I'm right so far, then the final software update for the Sonos One speaker hasn't been released yet and will likely be available on 10/24, when the speaker should have been shipped to you. It's possible that Sonos may push up the release a bit since there are now customers with the new speaker that are not having an ideal Sonos experience, but only Sonos knows if they're going to do that.



If I'm wrong on the above, then some more info - what country you're in, what country you've set up your Alexa service for (US, UK, and Germany are the only places it's currently available, I believe), and other details might help with that.
