Alexa doesn't launch Spotify on my Move. Spotity works from Sonos app and Alexa app

‘Alexa, play Neil Young on Spotify’

‘Spotify isn’t setup, please setup account authorization’ (or similar words ;))

Q - Does Spotify work from Spotify app?  Yes

Q - Does Spotify work from Alexa app? Yes

Q- Does Spotify work from Sonos app? Yes

Q - Have I disabled and removed connection/authorization from Alexa to Sonos, and reconnected? Yes

Q - Have I disabled and removed connection/authorization from Alexa to Spotify, and reconnected? Yes (probably not related, as Spotify works from within Alexa app).

Q - Have I disabled and removed connection/authorization from Sonos to Alexa, and reconnected?  Yes

If you have set-up Spotify as the default music service in the Alexa App>Settings>Music & Podcasts>Default Services, there is no need to include ‘on Spotify’ in the command.  Can you try ‘Alexa, Play Neil Young’ and let us know if that works?  Also, if you ask ‘Alexa, What’s the time’ on your Sonos Move, does that work?  Can you make sure that the Move isn’t in Bluetooth mode?
