I have one Sonos One and another SL in my room set up as a stereo pair. If I ask the ONE a question is it possible it responds from the speakers of both the ONE and ONE SL? so if I ask a question alexa only responds from the speaker of the ONE. Can I make it answer my question on the both speakers???

In short, no. Your One SL has no microphone and is therefore is incapable of running the Alexa software, and only devices running the Alexa software are able to play Alexa’s voice responses.
If you had two Ones with microphones, Alexa can be installed to both, but only the speaker that hears you best will actually respond. Essentially, the voice responses are not “aware” of a stereo pair.
