Alexa - can’t change track or artist

I have 2 x 5’s connected to Alexa.

I can start the music ‘Alexa, turn on music in the office‘.. I can control the volume but can’t change the tracks.

When I ask for a an artist or a track, nothing changes & the track playing continues.

I am using amazon music btw.

Separately, frequently Alexa can’t find ‘office’ as a group meaning that I need to revert back to a device to control the music - which is frustrating.

Since the skill is still in beta, you should submit a diagnostic shortly after the problem occurs, note the reference number, and submit feedback at the feedback page here:

I’m having the same problem, once a song is playing you can’t change it, I can skip to the next track but not change the dong
I'd suspect that jgatie's suggestion would apply to you, as well.
It’s out of beta and I am having a similar issue
