alexa buffer from any music service

Hi Sonos community,

Whenever I start to play a radio station or a song from any music service via Alexa, it begins correctly but after 2-3 minutes, it cuts out and starts buffering on any speaker, whether it’s near or far from my WiFi router.

What I’ve tried so far:

    1.    Launching music from my iPhone using various music services (Spotify, YouTube Music, Radio France, etc.) – works perfectly.
    2.    Connecting a speaker to my router via Ethernet and launching music via Alexa – same buffering issue as on WiFi.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I can’t figure out how to fix it.

@SONOS  can you handle this?

would be great not to unpack again my old FM/AM Radio.
